Abstract

This paper analyses the present situation of the developing Latin-American countries, based on their relevant features and evolutive tendencies for the year 2015. The resulting possibilities are linked with a hypothetically suitable relation net stablished among them as well as with developed countries. The character, behavior and human resources of these countries, in comparison to the developed ones, suggest the need of a reciprocal, open cooperation with solidarity, facing a self-improvement commitment without aiming at vertical transferences. The paper finishes by presenting the variables which trace a plausible path, workable on the basis of the best combination of the relationships among the participants and paying attention to the obsessive goal of coping with construction costs, taking into account the seven technological families involved.
